No doubt. I was chain smoking wayyy too much. So much that if it had been alcohol I would've found myself in jail or rehab. I hated it but it didn't feel like I could do anything about it. Now, I've already gotten rid of the 'smoker's cough' and am starting to see the health benefits.

Really, and truly though, it just feels good to be free of them. That more than anything is the best part of quitting.
