You are crazy if you think any non-P5 coach wouldn't jump at the chance to take the HC Auburn job.

If there’s one that wouldn’t, it’s Bill Clark. Better recruiting isn’t a plus.. he’s recruiting fine at UAB from the looks of it. Who is to say he would want a bigger stage or more prestige? Sure most coaches want that, but there’s plenty who are just fine doing what they’re doing

In a world where the university doesn’t fire its coach immediately after signing a 7 year deal, absolutely. Especially when that comes on the heels of canning the school’s president too.
Nobody is going to move their family here to be on the perpetual hot seat after 2 seasons
