Hard to come up with a number, but Alabama had a significant number among the dead at Goliad. The Mobile Greys ended up there and were all either KIA or executed as POWs.

I've been through Mobile before and stopped to look around. I didn't see anything mentioning the Mobile Greys. Maybe they have been forgotten back home or confused as a Civil War outfit.
