I honestly don't see a nickels worth of difference between them. Regardless of what anyone says, it was a lateral hire at best. O simply wasn't given the keys to a race horse the way Les was.

I see it as a lateral hire as well. Honestly though, who could they have paid that is better at the time? Dabo? Hell, I think O has done a great job considering the circumstances.
