Lost in the win yesterday is how good our punting has been. Is there a third Townsend brother? We flipped fields on them several times.
McPherson's kicking is lethal and kickoffs are beautiful.
Just wanna give them some cred. Field position is so important.

Special teams are doing 100% better and the defense is stout. The last piece of the puzzle is getting the throwing game rolling and we’ve got one hell of a team. It may be baby steps but the Gators are definitely trending In the right direction and it’s squarely on the coaching imho.

We were a bit lucky on swains fumble but yes the field position battle was won once again because of great kicking and tackling.

That wasn't lucky...the defender literally interfered..it's why it's called. He doesn't drop it if the defender isn't directly in his path with his head in his chest.
