I guess so. Some of the arguments border on idiocy. I guess they want their racism without consequences. The fact that they're attacking the girl who outed this a$$hat is quite pathetic. Funny thing is Sasser admitted it, apologized, and agreed that the university had to can him. Shocking that he of all people has more class and dignity than some of the low class idiots here.

I see that he spoke to Fields directly.
Good on him. He's young. I did equally dumb shite at his age but there were no cell phone cameras back then. Hopefully this won't ruin his life and hopefully he gets to play baseball somewhere soon.

So funny watching a bunch of white dolls agree that it’s ok for one race to use a word but not ok for others.
You’re the enablers for those that seek to vilify another for using a word that they use on a daily basis (though not all).
Blacks use it to celebrate their culture but other races that sing along to rap lyrics and such are also told, “How dare you celebrate our culture using that word. Only we can do that.”
Pure hypocrisy.
If a student can be canned for using that word then ALL students regardless of race should face the same punishment. If it is truly that bad of a word then treat everyone that uses it equally.
It’s no different than someone calling you white trash, an Uncle Tom, cracker, and even more so if someone calls you a shitehead, a c**t, bastard, and several other profanities. But we only punish those who are not of color for using that 1 word.
It’s laughable.
They’re allowed to normalize it but also weaponize it against those they wish to see be taken down.
These athletes are allowed strikes for breaking NCAA rules, DUIs, and drug charges, but use the N word and it’s automatic dismissal. Yeah - makes complete sense.
