He should have gotten flagged. He hit a defenseless guy. He wasnt paying attention and thought he wasn't down.
He wasnt taunting. they guy was mouthing at him and he was mouthing back. Like every other football player does. they all talk.
You should work for Washington, keep spinning thing how you want them to look.
