"There isn't a more physically gifted cornerback in College Football. We know that's a bold statement but at 6-foot-2 with ideal length and elite speed, there's not much more you can say. Campbell is the only freshman we have projected as a starter thus far so it stands to reason that he'd be No. 1 on this list. We believe he's going to be the starting cornerback opposite of Deandre Baker and if it isn't that way to start the season, we feel confident that it will be at some point. He's going to have some stiff competition but that should bring out the best in him."
