Exactly the problem. Our yell leaders do a lot of work, have a lot of roles.

It isn’t “yay team let’s build the same people pyramid I built as a cheerleader in high school and look pretty!”

Our guys have to know a couple dozen cheers, and all the hand signals, and to be perfectly coordinated. It’s hard.

Why are most top chefs in the world men and not women though women traditionally cook in households? Same reason, at upper levels of any activity men taking it seriously usually dominate.

Y’all just don’t get it because no one this side of a European soccer league appreciates complex cheers like we do.
