I think Hurts could be valuable off the bench. I also think he'd give that Bama offense a nice wrinkle if they went with kind of wildcat/wildhog type of run occasionally. They already have two capable backs and 3 or 4 wide receivers they could flank out.
Hurts does not throw well downfield however. That's been established.
