Carleton bballers beat Maryland Eastern Shore Tuesday night 98-55 making it five straight victories against NCAA competition this August.
Closest games were Cincinnati and Ole Miss with losses of 19 points. South Dakota State was crushed 113-51.
Wanna see a good basketball team? Come to Ottawa to watch the Carleton Ravens. Hoops is alive and well in Canada where it was invented by James Naismith just outside Ottawa. Few know in the U.S. that Naismith was a Canadian.
See ya next August. Maybe next year Duke will have the guts to show up.
