I just understand the distinct difference between an “extremely tough” game and the 2017 uga/sc game.

When a team goes Up by 14 after the first drive after halftime, and it never gets much closer, no reasonable person claims it’s “extremely tough”

An 11 point game going into the 4th quarter is just that. There is not a "distinct" difference as you think.

The uga Notre Dame game and uga sc games were very different. Notre Dame was nail biting until the last minute, while we coasted with a 2-3 score lead in the 2nd half vs sc.

Extremely tough is a one score game when the down opponent is driving for the tie or win late. Many uga sc games fit this description, but the 2017 game doesn’t.
