Despite coming from an era of complete offensive ineptitude, Archie held the single game yardage record for over 40 years until Manziel broke it.
Looking at the stats, it's easy to say he was garbage but you talk to any fan who watched football in that era and he's always one of the best players they've ever seen.

I'm one of those that saw him play and I'm not a OM fan and he was as good as any I saw during that era.
