Part of the sorority master plan and expansion, work is being completed this summer on the Alpha Omicron Pi and Delta Zeta houses, which will open in August. Work on the Kappa Alpha Theta just started. It should open August 2019. Each house will be in the 40,000-square-foot range. Costs vary between $15-17 million. They're also preppingto start an addition to the Alpha Gamma Delta house later this summer, to reopen spring 2019.

I was wondering the same thing. I was also curious about the construction across the street from the baseball stadium. Apparently it's going to be a 1000-car parking deck that will also house larger vehicles and will include a pedestrian bridge that connects to Moody. I read on a seperate article that the plan is to build new parking decks on the perimeter of campus, making the core more pedestrian-friendly.
