iving up leverage to smaller centers

Our Nose will be in a 3 technique just as often as 1 technique, and so I don't think the fact that centers are a tick shorter on average will make much of a difference.

I imagine we'll put our Dline guys in positions where we are best as a unit, and that will change from game to game, team to team, and drive to drive depending on what the offense is doing.

Sure, Davis is tall, but he's shown the ability to play both inside and outside. There's gonna be a lot of movement on that unit in the next few months, and the real question is, "Who is in the 2nd group on the DLine and how good are they?" That's the difference between a championship Dline and not.

DL has alot to prove beyond Davis and Buggs. If I had to bet, here's how our 2 deep looks heading into Louisville.

DE- R. Davis, Ray
NT- Q. Williams, Mathis
DE- Buggs, Dwight

That's not a bad group, but we need Wynn, Barmore and Musika to push and give us some snaps. I wouldn't mind seeing Wynn or Barmore taking Dwight's playing time away as they get better. They both have high ceilings IMO. Musika needs to be on a fruit and water diet to get down under 320.
