Rotated between Vaught Hemingway and Davis Wade Stadium. Two very nice and the best sports facilities in the state of Mississippi.

Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson isn't bad either and has to be close to or just ahead of MSU for seating. But, it is in Jackson, so there is that.

That said, its Hs football, so 60k seating is almost counterproductive in terms of enhancing the atmosphere with fans in the stands.

The Rock at USM is a great football venue. Tremendous facility and holds probably half of VHS. Not a bad idea to move it around, imo.

I played in Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium for the state title. It's ok but I much rather played in DWS or VHS

If you want to get mugged or shot. I would be willing to bet there would be no less than 15-20 break ins in cars if they still held the game there.

Jackson is on par with Detroit per capita as far as crime goes. It is absolutely worse than the bad parts of Bham and that is the entire city of Jackson save maybe 1 or 2 neighborhoods.

A buddy of mine had his truck stolen in front of wingstop. I was down there for a wedding and had my window busted out.

My truck got broken into again at smith wills stadium which isn't even in the heart of Jackson.

There are people at Belhaven University getting broken into during night classes regularly.

The whole area is a disaster now.
