Im pretty sure we can ALL agree that Mullen>McElwain. So even if he isnt an Elite recruiter our program is in better hands now than it was. Under Mullen we should consistantly make and WIN a bowl game, something PLENTY of Gator fans would be happy with considering the way things have been. As far as Taggart vs Mullen I think whoever wins the head to head game is probably gonna finish with the better class.

So with the talent in Florida, all three programs being unproven, and the money you’re paying Mullen, your expectations are bowl games? Just because things have been shitty the past few years? Wow. And if you knew anything about college football a head to head game doesn’t determine which school is going to have a better class. Florida state will have better classes than Florida as long as both coaches are there. Because, you know, Florida state has better recruiters.

It's been that way for the last six/seven years, definitely. Maybe longer. I think Mullen will win people over on the field -- or at least that's the hope. Florida's reputation needs fixin'.

Florida's standard is not a damn bowl win. It's winning the sec and NC. Being better than the worst HC in modern UF history isn't a hard bar to cross. It's being at the top.
