Have you ever heard of something called Keto Rash? If you google, mine is nothing (huge) like the pics you'll see, mine is on my upper ankle/shin area and about 1 1/2 inches all around. I've seen suggestions about eating more carbs (which is not what I want to do on the reg), other simple things like eating blueberries every day and then taking ox bile extract. What would you suggest?

Sorry to take a while to respond but I had to ask my wife (she has studied nutrition and fasting extensively).
She said that there is only one consistent treatment for Keto rash.
More carbs. You need to immediately eat more carbs to get the rash resolved and then once it is gone for at least 10 days gradually start restricting carbs over several weeks until you find the precise amount of minimal carbs you need to keep the ketones at bay. She said you are gonna have to track it very specifically and accurately.
Decrease your carb intake each week until the rash returns. Then you have your threshold.
The rash can become permanent if you let it persist too long. Even after you go back on carbs it will remain.
