Good info. But I have a finished basement with a separate parking pad, entrance, full kitchen, and bed/bath. I might not even hear him down there.
Only problem is I go downstairs in the early am to pray, read, play on the internet, etc.
Are you or KSG heavy sleepers?

I would say medium
I don't wake up at the drop of a hat, but also nobody is going to sneak up and murder me in my sleep. I wake up early on the weekdays anyway
