I'm low maintenance and independent, you'll hardly know I'm there. I cook for myself and do my laundry. All I require is $1000 weekly allowance, all Wi-Fi and netflix passwords, control of the thermostat, and occasional advice on what tools I should use for certain jobs.

I bolded the problem area for me. I keep my place cold. 68 right now. I can’t live with it hot up in here.
