It's a fact that there are more now, and there are plans to add more still. And I'm not just talking the lower bowl. In addition, the vast majority of Kyle Field's upper decks are bleachers, with a minimum of amenities, whereas Tiger Stadium's uppers are 80% premium seating, with more and a better level of amenities offered. Tiger Stadium has significantly more premium seating than Kyle Field.

FYI: a continuous bleacher with continuous back rest is not considered premium in most places.

I’d be interested to see a list of which amenities are offered on the upper deck of Tiger that aren’t offered at Kyle.
