I meant that I think it will be that way the first game or two, like when AJ and Phillip Sims were competing for first string.

Listen, all you have to do to know what I think about the "competition" of Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa is to look at my posting history. I think Tua is far and away better and for the life of me I can't understand why Saban is continuing with that. Maybe to keep them both around but #1, that would be deceptive and #2 it wouldn't be for long term anyway. There is, though, the chance that Hurts would settle for being back up for the season, graduate, and play the next year somewhere else. There is no way in hell, though, that Tua Tagovailoa is going to settle for playing behind an inferior qb for the next 2 year. It's just not going to happen and never was, and anybody that thought it would are really, quite honestly, very foolish.
