Tax "incentives" are fake news.
If you have small government, which is what I desire, then you don't have a huge tax burden on (corporations) or individuals.
The companies would follow most efficient government.

Agreed, a lean government is the way to go, but that doesn't mean current reality tax incentives are fake news.
