Delta is competing against airlines all across the world. The state of Georgia giving them perks is not any different than what goes on in New York, Beijing, Paris, etc.. The perks received by Delta are not costing Georgia companies anything in a competitive disadvantage. You can say that we are losing tax revenue with the perks. But this is tax revenue that wouldn't exist without the businesses hubbed here. So there isn't a loss.
