Tennessee/Kentucky folks... I-65 lane expansion

Folks, when the hell is Tennessee gonna expand I-65 to 6 lanes? Kentucky has started it from the KY state line thru Louisville, but once you hit that TN state line, it goes down to 4, which causes a huge bottleneck, especially with idiot truck drivers who don't adhere to the "stay right" policy.

It only took KY about a decade to do it and while close, it is still under construction. As for Tennessee It may happen but heading south you have that 5% grade after you hit the state line and seems that gets more expensive to build.
