Didn't say that, but he can't scramble and break tackles like Hurts.

He is actually much better in the pocket than Hurts. Tua is much quicker and though not as strong as Jalen he is very strong. Jalen's only real advantage is that his top-end speed is much better.

Good defenses like LSU, AU, Clemson and UGA last year could load up the box with Jalen. With Tua Bama's running game will improve dramatically against the better defenses. Obviously, the passing game will be much better.

Bama probably beats AU by 10 with Tua. They were up a point toward the end of the 3rd qtr with an injured D and a one-legged offense.

As far as Dilfer's comments - he has little credibility. Though Tua appears to be a terrific talent, it's too early to make such claims. Though for other reasons, it is reasonable to think that Bama might go undefeated. They haven't lost more than 1 reg season game but once, 2010, in the last 10 years, including 3 undefeated reg seasons.

It's not unreasonable given our overall talent. Tua is very grounded and has alot of potential...He just has to remember to never get comfortable and rest on his laurels. The environment at Bama is fueled by competition...Every day, every hour, every minute. I get nervous when I hear any proclamation of greatness for a QB. He can be the next Russell Wilson or remembered the way cardale Jones is remembered. Time will tell.

BS piled on BS.

Will Bama fans EVER acknowledge that another team straight up beat their sorry a$$?
