1. The woman didn't say there was a video her attorney did. The attorney is not gonna put his career on the line so the client can get a "payoff". She lied plain and simple.
2. The gun charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor and he'll do community service.

The latest turn in Reuben Foster’s domestic violence case now focuses on his accuser, former girlfriend Elissa Ennis, as she reportedly prepares to testify under oath that she lied to police about the incident and that Foster did not hit her.
According to Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, Ennis will admit in a hearing on Thursday that the injuries she said came from an attack by Foster actually occurred in a fight with another woman.
Foster — a former Alabama standout now with the San Francisco 49ers — faces three felony charges, including one for domestic violence, for allegedly assaulting Ennis.
However, attorney Stephanie Rickard said Ennis will testify that the swollen lip and ruptured eardrum were not inflicted by Foster in a Feb. 11 incident. That day, she told police Foster hit her 10 times with a closed fist, dragged her down some stairs by her hair, and threw her out of his Los Gatos home three times.
The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office has obtained video of an altercation between Ennis and another woman, when it is now believed her injuries actually occurred, according to the Sacramento Bee.
Barrows also reported that Ennis has said, again through Rickard, that she made up the story about Foster hitting her because she wanted to “trash his career.”
Legal analyst Steven Clark told Barrows that it is unlikely the district attorney will pursue charges against Ennis for falsely accusing Foster.
Foster could be prosecuted for another felony possession of an assault weapon, but that could be reduced to a misdemeanor if the rest of the charges are dismissed when Ennis testifies that she lied to police about the incident.
