re: Reuben foster's girlfriend states Foster did not injure her

The 2nd amendments should always over take state laws.. I thought they hated the south for fighting for States rights.. the double standards in this country has gotten comical, and the lack of knowledge and respect for the constitutional has gotten sad. Our founding father would have dumped all the tea by now, and ran out of gun powder.
