Yeah because throwing for 2,780 yards in 15 games definitely earns you offensive player of the year honors.

Because every QB ever has only won awards because of there passing. Do Tebow, Manzel, or Newton win SEC OPY without there rushing numbers?

Yeah because you're ignoring what he did with his legs and the amount of TD's scored, but don't let those lost facts stand in the way of you making yourself out to be a moron.

You are only looking at a part of the picture. he also ran for 950 yards and was Alabama's second leading rusher. That makes a difference. He also threw for 23TD passes and ran for 13 more. Those are not Tebow/Manziel numbers, but they are very good numbers. Add to that, that he had a 62.8% completion rate, and thta is not bad at all.
