Yeah you should look at those numbers again. He’s not a bad QB he’s just limited as a passer. That’s doesn’t take away from him being able to beat out 3 older guys and win that locker room over like he did, as a true freshman. He’s a good player and would 100% start at at least 8-9 other SEC schools.

IMO, he'd be a great fit for certain offenses and a poor fit in others. He could work in Chip Kelly's offense at UCLA. His best fit would be a Pat White style when RichRod really had WVU rolling. Maybe Penn State under Franklin, too.

Hurts threw one single interception last season. People want to criticize his passing ability which is legitimate...but they also dont want to look at how well he took care of the ball. Hurts wants to win. He knew he had a great D. He did what it took to win games and hes won a lot of them
