UGA is up there for sure. Kirby might just be what y'all needed all along. UGA is a sleeping giant. But I still think Florida is the true sleeping giant of the sec east.

They might be, but consider this. The top 5 states in talent in the country is California, Texas, Georgia, Florida and Ohio.

The most underachieving programs in the country based upon this in the most recent years has been:

Georgia
USC
U of Texas
Florida (not as much Florida, but lately...)

Of the top 5 states, Ohio State has had the best years lately. Just because they are in a talent rich state does not guarantee anything.
Georgia seems to be turning the corner (Seems being the key word) but there does not appear to be anybody else close. USC gets ranked high, but falls short in their own conference every year.
