Our attendance is stagnant right now, mainly due to it being cold this year, and also because development pressure has hurt the parking situation around Baum. The parking crunch needs to be addressed. We have people selling $20 parking for Thursday evening games. It's a PITA to go to Baum unless you block off a couple of hours to get there early and tailgate.

The lot those new condos were built on should have been acquired and to go along with a new center field entrance/ stadium expansion that never happened. Thanks Jeff
