But seriously, Ole Miss was the only team in 1960 to go undefeated on the field. They won their bowl game, the Sugar Bowl, while Minnesota did not win the Rose Bowl. Minnesota also lost to unranked Purdue in the regular season. Ole Miss tied LSU, but that was the closest they ever came to losing a game.
