Indeed. From the same area and swam for his coaches before they left for uf 2 decades ago So it's a mix of cheering for the local kid and a coach you hated getting a lot of glory.

I think I'd rather be in the pool, but just barely lol. I feel like a dick some days about the time the folks put in around the pool deck. Hopefully they'll look back and appreciate what you're doing
