You want your players healthy and practicing. Period.

This guy has played one half of meaningful snaps. I want him in there mastering the offense and perfecting chemistry with his receivers and linemen.

Not buying the "Tua being out of spring practice is a good thing because then Hurts won't transfer" line of thinking.
