He's on here obsessively enough, the down votes happen when he's on, and if you get into it with him you get a reliable 2 downvotes instead of one.

I have no way of knowing who the downvoter is. If I did and I could block it I would. I already gave my advice. As soon as everyone stops posting about him/her and making threads about him/her, they will eventually get bored and move on. But as long as we're posting and making threads about them, expect it to continue.
