Report: Dallas Warmack to transfer from UA after graduation (BamaOnLine)
Note: Warmack's departure opens the spot needed to fit Tevita Musika within the 85 total scholarships limit. In other words, Bama will be right back at the 85 limit when Musika enrolls.

Alabama will reportedly no longer have a Warmack on its roster.
That’s because reserve offensive lineman Dallas Warmack is transferring from the Crimson Tide football program, according to a report from AL.com’s Matt Zenitz. Likely confirming the report, Warmack’s Twitter profile now reads “Student-Athlete @ The University of…”
Warmack, the younger brother of All-American and first-round draft pick Chance Warmack, will graduate from Alabama this weekend and be immediately eligible as a grad transfer.
The younger Warmack did not see the field for the Tide during its 2017 championship campaign, redshirting for the first time in his three seasons in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He will be a redshirt junior at his next stop, which could be Oregon, according to AL.com. That would reunite Warmack with former UA offensive line coach and current Ducks head coach Mario Cristobal.
Prior to this past season, Warmack played in nine games during his sophomore season (USC, Western Kentucky, Kent State, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Chattanooga and Florida). In 2015, the Atlanta native who saw action in seven games as a true freshman as a reserve offensive lineman for the Crimson Tide after enrolling early in the spring.
Warmack was a 4-star prospect out of Mays (Ga.) High School. According to the 247Sports Composite, he was the No. 10-ranked offensive guard, No. 21-ranked player in the state of Georgia and the No. 219-ranked overall prospect in the 2015 recruiting cycle. With his transfer, only 10 members of Alabama’s No. 1 signing class of 2015 remain on the roster.
This spring, Warmack worked at guard with the Crimson Tide’s second-team offense. Including the possible transfer, Alabama would have 18 offensive linemen on its roster this offseason after its two signees from its 2018 signing class arrive on campus this summer.
Note: Warmack's departure opens the spot needed to fit Tevita Musika within the 85 total scholarships limit. In other words, Bama will be right back at the 85 limit when Musika enrolls.
