I really think that guy is just guessing about everything. He's playing the odds, that since it's a big game with lots of visitors, that surely, someone will commit.
If someone commits, he can strut around, but if no one commits, he can talk about fluids or the staff told him to hold off on making it public.

Yeah, I've been trying to figure this one out.. It's not making sense. I know that Shea Dixon mentioned something about a potential commit. Can't be our Tauila :)
