I hate NCAA refs, but this one is chippy and for the most part their letting them play.

Unwatchable imo. Kentucky 0 for from 3 and Pat Adams and Co. making their mark.
I’m fine with chippy defensive games but this game has been pathetic offensively.
UK has definitely fallen in to the Cuonzone.

Which coach is responsible for encouraging this chippy atmosphere? I heard Mizzou's AD seems to think they determine the environment and atmosphere... Or is that strictly in WBB?

Yes. Prick and the boys fell into the Cuonzone as well. To be fair though a game at 9 eastern is well past Old Balls Barnes’ bed time.

That’s being generous.
ETA: Mizzou beat a team that shot 31% by 9 points. And since when is 49 total fouls “letting them play”? That game was all around horrific.
