Scouting report on Diamond Hogs next opponent Kent State. The Golden Flashes will come into Baum with a 6-3 record after going 37-18 last year. They are averaging a hefty 7.33 runs per game while allowing 4.9 runs. Team batting average is .283 while the team ERA is an attackable 4.96. Team fielding average is .975 with only 8 errors in 9 games.
Pitching and Batting rosters appear top heavy with some great performers at the top but will drop in the other half. At the plate the Golden Flashes are led by Brad Hamilton .394 average and 5 of the team's 9 home runs. Slugging percentage is .879 and on base currrently .474. Nick Kanavas comes in with a .386 average mostly singles and on base average of .386. Mason Mamarella .344 average and Tim Dalporto .333 average 2 home runs .545 slugging average and on base of .378.
