If there is a clear bias, people will get removed from the committee. Quit crying wolf.

You’ve got a point. However, one would think the same would go for refs who play a large part in determining the outcome of a game, yet those with bias are still awarded TV time. Whose to say that won’t become the case? Everyone has an ounce of bias
