First, they need to get rid of 2/3 of the bowl games. They are a waste of time. Hell half the bowl games played this year were in front of 90% empty stadiums

Second, stop the Pay to play non conference games. These are a waste of time and money also.

Make all 12 games with Conference and Power 5 Conference games. This will be the internal playoff played during the season, so at the end of the year, everyone will know who the best teams are.
