Just for fun. See who everyone thinks they get. Some are wild guesses some I feel pretty good about.

Nicholas Petit-Frere - Five Star OT
Emory Jones - top 100 QB
William Barnes - Top 100 OG
Jacob Copeland - Top 100 WR

Richard Gouraige - Top 100 OT
Kyle Pitts - 4* TE
Anthony Schwartz - 4* WR
Amari Burney - 4* Safety
Dameon Pierce - 4* Rb
Andrew Chatfield - 4* WDE
Trey Dean - 4* Safety
Iverson Clement - 4* ATH
David Reese - 4* LB
Dorian Gerald - 4* SDE
Noah Jefferson - *3 DT
Randy Russell - *3 Safety
John Higgins - *3 safety
Chris Bieich - *3 OT
Noah Banks - *3 OT
Ed Montilus - *3 OG
Dante Lang - *3 TE
Corey Gammage - 3* WR
Evan Mcpherson - #2 overall kicker

Don't think we reach 25 unless we sign a lot of unheralded players at the end for depth. Didn't take many reaches. Closest to a reach is really Schwartz from Auburn. Gators favored or recently showing heavy promise for rest.

Biggest surprise - Surtain coming to UF over LSU
Biggest disappointment - Not landing either of the two OT's we have the Cb edge for in Barnes or Petit

Corner Pat Surtain 5*
Safety Kelvin Joseph 4*
Wr Jamar Chase 4*
Corner Mario Goodrich 4*

Note I used composite 247 has chase as a 5*

Goodrich is listed as a WR or Athlete but he will be a corner for us

We turned down 4* RB Harold Joiner according to him and I believe we will or have turned down Wr Justin Watkins. Ed mismanaged the class by signing a one year kicker

Really sad we lost out on Chase. Kid is going to be insanely good.

Apparently will be visiting in Late January due to McClendon. We haven’t been after him at all prior though so who knows

Sorry, but none of the insiders out there actually believe Shwartz will sign with the Gators. He is all Aubies. And there is a good chance that Auburn lands one of Barnes or Gouraige. I have heard that UF is actually out of the running with Barnes - its between UNC and Auburn. Your post is a bit silly. It looks more like the 25 players you really want than the 25 players you think you will get.

Word. That's plausible. I'll give it to Muschamp, no one knows wtf is going on with the OC hire. Could be anyone at this point.

I think there are several names on some of these lists that are fantasy, wishful thinking, or at least far from certain

1. My post doesn't have 25. So try again
2. UF is very much in play for Barnes. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it isn't true.
3. Schwartz(see spelling) was really the only big reach.

So...go frick yourself?

Schwartz was the only reach? Pat surtain Jr wasn't? Better chance he winds up at bama than Florida if he doesn't go to lsu

No, the phuck he wasn't the only reach. Not too many people outside of koolaid drinking Florida homers believe they are gettting all three of Barnes, Gouraige, and Petit Frere after the bad season and coaching change. Might have a better chance of getting none of them than all three of them

So in other words, your list were the players you were hoping for and not who you expect to land, which completely runs counter to your thread title.

Wow! I just saw the other list that had Coynis Miller as a 40 percent chance of Tennessee. That is straight comedy. He already picked Auburn over playing for Jeremy Pruit when the latter was at bammer. The idea that he is going even further away from home to play for him isn't happening.

99 percent chance he goes to Auburn. His family doesn't have two nickels to rub together so they want him to visit some places he would never get to see otherwise. Only reason he might visit places like Oregon and Tennessee

Schwartz said UF is his favorite team. He just wasn't interested in Mac. Billy G and Mullen have gone hard on receivers, and we will land a few of the targets. I think it's Copeland and Schwartz of the list we are going for.

So no. My list is who I think we get.

Try again?

Why can't you land two OT's and an OG? Crystal ball has UF favored for all three. So to think we can land them isn't exactly mind boggling. Seems Auburn fans think they win every battle they have vs UF.

QB: None I am aware of

RB: None I am aware of

TE: Glenn Beal, LSU lean

OL: Richard Gouraige (UF commit)

OL: William Barnes (UF/Aub/UNC)

OL: Ed Montilus

OL: Nick Petit Frere, UF/ND/Bama

OL: Christian Meadows (FSU commit, will visit UF)

WR: Jamarr Chase (LSU lean and former UF commit)

WR: Jacob Copeland, Bama/UF/Vols

WR: Corey Gammage (UF commit)

WR: Anthony Scwartz, Auburn lean and will announce at UAAAG

WR: Tommy Bush, UGA lean

WR: Marquez Ezzard, FSU lean, May visit UF

F7: Quay Walker, Bama lean, will visit

F7: Malik Langham, SDE will visit 19th

F7: Noah Jefferson, UF lean

F7: Dorian Gerald, Vols lean IMO

F7: Coynis Miller (Auburn commit) will visit UF

F7: Andrew Chatfield, Cane lean, will visit UF

F7: Nik Bonnito, Texas lean, may visit UF

F7: Xavier Peterson (UK commit) will visit UF

F7: Chauncey Manac: Cincinatti commit

F7: Nesta Silvera, Cane lean, may visit UF

DB: Mario Goodrich, LSU lean, may visit UF

DB: Patrick Surtain Jr. LSU lean

DB: Tyson Campbell: Cane lean

That's the list of UF's targets. I get Auburn fans are mad I chose to pull a few to the final class that are between us and them, but not like I put every top target on our board and put them up or anything. Petit may be more of a hope, still a long way to go for anyone on him. Copeland seemed like a reach but Emory has gotten in his ear a lot and UF got his last visit and Mullen has been non stop with the kid. Two weeks ago I would have said Bama lock. Now, it seems it's shifting for UF or Tenn.

As for the Oline. -
UNDER ARMOUR update: Massive OT Richard Gouraige 6-5, 271 said UF remains his only choice. He just needs time to contemplate.@InsideTheGators

2:24 PM - Dec 31, 2017

So not like thinking he is a big stretch. Petit and Barnes are both favored to UF on crystal ball's. So as I said. Not one is a reach. So Auburn fans cannnnnnn screw off.
