Legion Field is in the shittiest part of Birmingham, but your second picture is nowhere near Legion field. It's a BHA complex that was torn down about 12 years ago.
Pretty sure that your third picture was on the southwest side and torn down as well.

I googled "smithfield community" & "legion field neighborhood"
3rd picture is labeled "Projects Across Street From Legion Field" - LINK :
2nd picture I used because it made the point best & was in the search
I've been in those neighborhoods a few times; only to 1 game though (this year)
it's time to knock that shithole down and build a new stadium - hopefully somewhere safe
