The rumor is that we’re essentially playing a game of chicken with A&M. If we hire him away then we have to pay a buyout, as I understand it, but if they fire him first then they have to pay it. Fisher is going to have to let him go at some point after the bowl game so we wait.
Someone else can possibly speak to the accuracy of that statement.

Don't know the exact details/numbers but I'm pretty sure he has a buyout that drops after the year is over
