re: Players testing positive for THC

Two different issues (e.g., whether players should be tested, what to do if they test positive).

I don’t think it’s smart for any athlete—particularly one who’s receiving a scholarship—to smoke anything. But if I were the policy maker, coaches, not the NCAA, would handle it internally.

Since, however, it IS on the NCAA’s list of banned substances, I’m ok with a 1-2 game suspension, depending on the circumstances. Players know the rules, regardless of what they may think of ‘em.
