It's just about gotta be Lashee from UConn. He's got a connection with Boom from Auburn I think, plus he runs the kind of offense Boom is looking for IMHO.

Whatever Muschamp and Smart turn out to be in the long run, one big advantage both have is they are massively networked in the college coaching community.
They each know lots of people, and "know a guy who knows a guy who knows all about [BLANK]."
That's a big advantage in any field, but particularly one that is people driven to the max.
