Upon arriving at a team in real need of an influx of talent...he told the players during his first meeting with them, "Guys, take a look at the guy next to you, because many of you won't be here next year."
I heard we can only take around 15-20 guys this year in recruiting because we had so few seniors...Arkansas is in desperate need of at least a 25 man class and possibly more...Saban is a heartless SOB, but he wins more than anyone else...does Chad have that win at all cost mindset in him???

Can’t run a program like that anymore with the APR.

One thing I took from Morris's first talk with the team is graduation. He promised them all that they would graduate, and that it's very important to him.

I hope he meant graduation in 3 yrs, because if you have all 4 yr graduates that means you have no NFL blue chip players.
