Chizik would be a great hire as a DC for anyone. He's been one of the most accomplished DC's in the past decade. But this is nothing more than PF generating clickbait and it is beyond stupid.
Chizik quit NC to spend time with his family. He's not going to go to Bama.
That said, if he wanted to come, we'd be proud to have him. He's a good coordinator and a good man, he just isn't a good head coach.
It's done. Tosh will be the next DC at Bama.

Screw that! I don’t GAS if Chizik is a good man, a good family man not. He is not a good DC and I never want him bringing his defense to Bama.

BTW, my post had zero to do with the character of Gene Chizik, or even whether or not he was a good DC. Gene's philosophy on defense does not fit what Nick runs.
