There is a term that says he has to notify FSU of any negotiations. Maybe he did maybe he didnt (the news media reports make it seem like he did with all the $60 million practice facility talk). In any case it doesnt matter because the resolution if he does negotiate with someone else is spelled out... their remedy is that they are able to fire him with cause. So basically, again, he would just walk for free when FSU could otherwise collect $7 million from Jimbo's buyout.
